For the 2021 model year, Polaris and TEAM® made a change to the rollers and helix on the factory snowmobiles. Going forward, the TEAM
TSS-04 driven clutch will have larger rollers and a die cast helix. We can help you out if you want to change your 2021 and up Polaris driven
clutch helix angles in a couple ways. If you have a large stock of helixes that use the smaller rollers, or if you prefer having two tracks per
helix, we have a kit to switch your 2021 Polaris back to the smaller rollers. You cannot use the large roller helixes with
the small rollers, however.
The conversion kit is part number 460079K
and retail price is $29.99.
We also are cutting helixes with the large roller geometry. You cannot get two tracks in the large roller helixes like you
can in the small roller helixes.
